1. Sarah Ann, congratulations on being Avenue-X's September Diva! Not many people know about you Sarah Ann, for the Avenue-X'ers saying "Sarah who?", can you give us how you found out about Avenue-X and what your experience has been so far?

I have been friends with the Ave's founder since it was born... and you thought you were the oldest lurker it had, lol. And I must say, when she stepped out of the biz you guys lost a sweet little package there. Viagra on heels! The Ave. has remained triumphant through many ups and downs, given its seen many ladies and gents come and go over time. But its always been a safe haven for those that are honest and tried and true. Its kept me laughing with stories that only Murphy's law could explain and it has kept me safe and sane in a dangerous line of work. The Ave. is a hero to many.

2. Most gents can get a little idea of the lady they want to see from her posts. Since you are relatively unknown, can you paint a portrait of yourself for us? Or would you rather let the gentlemen's imaginations fill the canvas?

A little ditty describes me best.... I'm a bitch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother, I'm a sinner, I'm a saint, I do not feel ashamed. I'm your hell. I'm your dream, I'm nothing in between, you know you would not want it any other way. So take me as I am....This may mean you'll have to be a stronger man. Rest assured that when I make you nervous and I'm going to extremes, tomorrow I will change and today won't mean a thing.

3. So Sarahann, just where have you been? :) And why the desire to remain low key?

I worked the DC and Richmond areas heavily in the early 90's and nationally later on, there I found it was to my benefit to be UTR, I advertised private and confidential and catered to the clientele that took that very seriously. Low key and low volume enable me to pursue other endeavors. I am very appreciative of the opportunities and good fortune I've come into contact with as I'm very aware of the difficulties UTR can encompass. The East Coast is home to many beautiful intelligent ladies and its very hard to stand out amongst them when you're rarely seen or heard. But over the years I've been privy to meet a few of the lovely local ladies and cherish their friendship, they keep it real and down to earth. So beware, even though I'm not in the spotlight, I do exist and readily help fellow providers as they've helped me in the past.

4. I understand you're a Virginia local, how long have you been here?

I've been a local in Hampton Roads all my life, growing up roaming the beaches of VA and NC lead to that love for the nocturnal life. Suits and ties don't seem as stiff when the sun goes down...a lesson I quickly learned. The east coast offers a buffet of men/women and couples; tourists, military, business, political.. you name it, they frequent here.

5. Can you tell us what got your started in the business, what factors led you to this unique profession?

Although becoming an escort was a gradual process, most of us start out as dancers, or masseuse, waitress, etc. I have a lust for seduction and when I combined it into my work as a dancer the parties got wilder, the money got better and I discovered being a courtesan let me do what I did best and the talent is appreciated. Now its really hard to come to terms that this is what you do best, but you gotta take some pride in your talent.

6. Is there some service you specialize in or is there a style of session you prefer?

I've remained unanchored in labeling my specialties, each client is different and I attempt to refine my visit to exactly what sends them over the top. My scent, the color I wear, the words I speak, the music, role play, positions, a fetish, a fantasy, a curiosity...whatever that one little thing is or combination of. I'm there to break down those barriers and inhibitions and experience the real you! And with each visit I'm able to learn a little more, making their next experience the best.

7. Do you have any future plans to tour or visit other areas?

Into the new millennium I'm testing the waters of International work but as Dorothy said..."There's no place like home". Maybe its Virginia's charms, steeped in a long history renowned for her southern ladies that are so prim and proper and the gents that know how to enjoy their time behind closed doors. I've never found anywhere else I'd rather be and I just never know where I'm going to land next.

8. What hobbies or interests do you have unrelated to work that keep you going?

I always have my hands into 5 different things at once, spice of life I guess. I dabble in many hobbies and activities, just keeping busy is my main objective. Life is too short to be sitting still, so if I see it and want to give it a whirl, there's never any time better than the present.
